• Personal Injury-I represent individuals involved in controversies alleging a wrong or damage to another's person, rights, reputation, or property resulting from events or activities such as motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents, nursing home negligence and abuse, defective products, wrongful death, infliction of emotional distress, intentional misconduct, and negligence. • Motor Vehicle Accidents-Many personal injuries result from motor vehicle accidents involving automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, and recreational vehicles. Motor vehicle accidents may involve negligence on the part of drivers, including drunk driving and reckless behavior. • Social Security Disability-My firm represents individuals applying for disability and/or supplemental security income benefits or individuals who have already applied for these benefits but have been denied by the Social Security Administration. Appeals may be filed if your claim is denied, or if you disagree with any part of the decision reached by the Social Security Administration. A limited time to appeal the decision is available, and you may forfeit your right to appeal if you neglect to file in a timely fashion. Due to the complex laws and regulations of the Social Security Administration, an experienced representative can be very helpful in advising you regarding your claim.

• Alternative Dispute Resolution-Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is the process of resolving legal conflicts without going to trial. I am a trained arbitrator and a requested plaintiffs arbitrator in personal injury cases involving motor vehicle accidents, uninsured/underinsured motorists, and wrongful death claims. My firm has extensive expertise in determining when a form of ADR is in the best interest of clients and meets their needs better than traditional litigation. I have substantial experience and training in ADR and routinely advise our clients on the legal consequences flowing from particular terms and conditions of all ADR options.
