Throughout my career, I have been an "AV" rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, a national legal directory, which is the highest rating reflecting both legal ability and professional ethical standards. I have been a personal injury trial attorney since I began practicing law in 1973. I represent and advise injured individuals and their families in the greater Denver area and throughout Northern Colorado, and I represent clients at all levels of the Colorado state and federal court system. I have also served as co-counsel or local counsel in serious personal injury and wrongful death cases involving out-of-state plaintiffs bringing claims in the Colorado court system.

My firm has a focused personal injury practice with extensive experience and expertise in all serious injury cases and in brain injury cases involving mild to severe trauma. I represent and advise clients injured in motor vehicle accidents, recreational vehicle accidents, products liability actions, slip and fall accidents, and third party workers' compensation claims. My firm also represents and advises individuals and families in wrongful death actions, insurance claims, and social security disability claims.

We utilize state-of-the-art technology and medical and legal experts, where appropriate, to effectively prepare and litigate cases. We have used doctors from a wide variety of medical fields and specialties as expert witnesses, as well as nurses, medical professionals, psychologists, life care planners, and rehabilitationists. We also work closely with workers' compensation experts as we handle personal injury cases.
